Front Office Administrator position available is for a reliable female between the ages of 25 and 50 who is passionate about working in the service industry.
Working hours are 07:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday per month.
The following characteristics and skills are required:
· Knowledge of the motor industry/short term insurance and related software
· High computer literacy competency in Microsoft programs
· Excellent communication skills (in English), both written and spoken
· Confident in dealing with people and is customer service orientated.
· Must have a minimum of 3 years admin experience
· Able to handle a pressurised environment and situations
· Able to multitask
· Systematic, organised and proactive
· Teachable and able to work unsupervised
· Must be of sober habits and well presented
· Loyal, reliable, versatile & flexible
· Traceable references
· Ability to communicate (verbally) in Afrikaans and Zulu
